Polarized
sunglasses are sunglasses that help diminish the glare of the sun.
Polarized sunglasses provide incredibly clear, glare-free vision. These
glasses were first worn by pilots to help them see when the sun was
shining in different spots during the day. These days, many people wear
polarized sunglasses when driving, golfing, and fishing. They look the
same of other types of sunglasses, but deflect the sunlight in such a
way so that it is not distracting when they are focusing on other
things. This causes the dramatic reduction in glare and increases
visibility.
